Abbey joined Plave Koch as an associate in February 2022. She previously focused her practice on litigation and Employment law matters with a small firm in Washington, D.C. Before entering the legal profession, Abbey worked in the political sphere with a focus on voting rights and campaign finance.

Abbey focuses her practices on creative problem solving for her clients -- whether though efficient negotiation, effective contract drafting, or swift litigation. Her practice is focused on assisting clients with all aspects of the franchise relationship, from drafting franchise agreements and franchise disclosure documents, to any necessary litigation to ensure the client's needs are met. She enjoys advising clients across a diverse range of industries across the globe.

Abbey enjoys traveling, spending time with her miniature poodle, and trying (currently failing) to learn Greek.
