J.H. injects Plave Koch with Texas flair.  He has practiced in franchise and distribution law for 25 years, 12 of them as in-house counsel and 13 in private practice.  He specializes in international franchise transactions, having completed deals in over 30 countries.  He is of counsel to our firm, licensed in Texas, and he offices in Dallas.
