Halima Madjid has extensive experience in providing legal support to franchise clients since 2000. She works closely with the lawyers in our firm as well as clients in connection with all aspects of federal and state regulation, such as preparing uniform franchise offering circulars and securing and maintaining franchise registrations with various state authorities.
Halima also contributes her time to assisting on pro bono matters, including a successful asylum case. She was recognized with the Paralegal of the Year award for accomplishments assisting pro bono publico clients.
